The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to issue educational loan of Rs.7 lakhs to the petitioner's son Mr.A.Arivunithi.

2. The present writ petition was filed in the year 2015. Near about 7-1/2 years have lapsed. The son of the petitioner would have completed the Course by this time. Thus the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition has lost its relevance.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
