ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.195 of 2018 dated 15.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.195 of 2018 on 15.04.2018, no final report is filed till date.

police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
