ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court by Deliberately Violating the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2174 of 2018 dated 25.01.2018. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.01.2018 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be registered in FIR No.575 of 2018. 3.I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the earlier order of this Court dated 25.01.2018. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
