ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members, on the complaint dated 24.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has a lease hold right over the land in question, and when he wanted to cultivate the land, the counter petitioners are objecting to it.

4. In this case, the petitioner has lodged a complaint by post, in which, petition enquiry is being conducted in CSR.No.34 of 2016.

5. The respondent-police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.34 of 2016 and provide police protection to the petitioner for his agricultural operation.
