ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to impugned order dated 19.02.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee in Crl.M.P.No.1217 of 2024 and set aside the condition No.(ii) alone i.e, directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tirupathur Town Police Station, daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of 30 days.
