Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent to register a case for alleged offences, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2011 and to investigate the case. Pursuant to the complaint, neither has any case been registered nor an investigation conducted. Hence, petitioner has preferred the present petition, seeking a direction to register the case.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. On perusal of the complaint, it is seen that if the allegations therein are true, the same would make out commission of cognizable offences. The respondent is directed to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.08.2011 and investigate thereupon in accordance with law.
