This revision petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 02.07.2014 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Principal Labour Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.137 of 2014 in E.I.O.P.No.91 of 2005, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to quash the demand notice issued by the fourth respondent herein. 2.
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the demand made by the fourth respondent, entire remaining contribution was paid by the petitioner and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
