ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the respondent police to register the complaint dated 31.03.2015 against the accused.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it essentially appears to be a money dispute between the builders and his client. But, in the body of the complaint, the petitioner stated that he was pushed by the opposite parties. If the petitioner produced any contemporaneous medical certificate, the same may be looked into the police and if the complaint discloses the commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent police shall take necessary action in accordance with law as laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
4. with the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
