This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 5.11.2014 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
On a reading of the complaint dated 5.11.2014 made by the petitioner, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute. Hence no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police, as prayed for.

Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
