ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 4(1)(A), 4(1)(aaa) of TNP Act and 14A in Crime No.303 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. It is reported that the petitioner has been already detained under Act 14 of 1982.
