Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order in E.No.4072363/2023 dated 03.03.2023 order passed by the 2nd Respondent police on which there is no prima facie case by closing the complaint dated 04.02.2023 lodged by the petitioner as against the accused persons for the offences involved under section 406, 420 of IPC and quash the same.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order dated 03.03.2023 passed in E.No.4072363/2023 dated 03.03.2023 by the 2nd Respondent police, thereby closing the complaint dated 04.02.2023 lodged by the petitioner on the ground that there is no prima facie case was made out.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the proceedings arising out of the complaint lodged by the petitioner have been dropped.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
