C.M.P. No.8350 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant as the 6th petitioner in the Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.N. Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has stated no objection for allowing this petition.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the Second Appeal for final disposal on 21.06.2024.
