This petition has been filed to grant special leave to file an appeal against the order dated 14.02.2020 in C.C.No.530 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I @ ML, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the averments made in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there are arguable grounds for filing the appeal. Accordingly, leave is granted.
