There is a delay of four (4) days in filing the Review Application.

No objection has been filed in the delay condonation petition.

We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of delay of 4 days in filing the Review Application. The delay is, accordingly, condoned.

The Review Application shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
