..Respondent(s) PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 herein to update the revenue entries in the revenue records and in the online records maintained by the respondents herein and issue Joint Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of S.F.No.92/1C, Odhiyathur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 29.09.2025 within the time as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to update the revenue entries in the revenue records and in the online records maintained by the respondents and thereafter issue a joint Patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, the learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after considering the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's

representation dated 29.09.2025, seeking for updation of the revenue entries in the revenue records and in the online records maintained by the respondents and if eligible, issue joint Patta in favour of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
