1.06 acres, 0.86 acres, 0.18 acres and 0.22 acres respectively in all together an extent of 2.32 acres situated at Mathurimangalam Village, Kuttalam Taluk, then Nagapattinam District now Mayiladuthurai District in terms of the communication dated 24.03.2022 issued on behalf of the 2nd respondent to the petitioner and pay damages for use and occupation from the year 2012.

ORDER

Mr.G.Ethirajulu, states that the parties have arrived at a settlement under agreement dated 10.11.2023. Mr.M.Ilansezhiyan, learned counsel, representing Mr.Ethirajulu, thus makes an endorsement to the effect that in light of the agreement arrived at, the petitioner does not pursue this writ petition any further. Recording this, this writ petition and connected miscellaneous petition stand closed. No costs.
