Mr.Jothi.R S/o. Ramadoss 20A, Othavadai Street, Kannapalayam Kamaraj Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600 071 : Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint employee of the Applicant viz.

Mr.Rajkumar Jebastin, Legal Officer, as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or Respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Earlier, on 28.03.2018, this Court had appointed Mr.Rajkumar Jebastin, Legal Officer as Receiver to take

/ 2 / custody of the vehicle in question.

Subsequently, on 31.08.2018, one Mr.S.Saravanan.P, Legal Officer, was appointed as Receiver, since the said Receiver, Mr.Rajkumar Jebastin appointed by this Court on 28.03.2018, had left the service of the applicant/ Company.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the vehicle in question is not yet re-possessed and seeks for further extension of time.

4. However, this Court is not inclined to grant further extension of time.

5.Accordingly, this application is closed with liberty to file a fresh application in the event of tracing the vehicle.
