This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3, to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 18.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
The petitioner lodged complaint alleging that she applied for loan before the third respondent. However, the said loan application was rejected on various grounds. If at all the petitioner found eligible for the loan, the third respondent will sanction the loan. Since the petitioner is not eligible to sanction loan, her application was rightly rejected. Therefore, no action can be taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner. The writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
