This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.5.2015. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 18.5.2015 petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

In view of the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the compliant dated 18.5.2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
