ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002 in Crime No.178 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein suspected to have installed CCTV camera focusing the bathroom of the defacto complainant. The CCTV camera and the memory card recovered from the scene of occurrence which indicates the petitioner which leads to implicate the petitioner to the crime . Though the petitioner claims that he is an innocent person, the installation of the CCTV and the memory card in the other mans house need to be probed and it is necessary to take the petitioner to the custody.
