CRIME NO.481 OF 2015 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crime No.481 of 2015 in Crl.O.P. No.15918 of 2017 dated on 24.08.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.MATHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State.

2. This petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.15918 of 2017 on 24.08.2017 on certain conditions, one of which, is that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, out of which, one shall be his parent".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the aforesaid condition on the ground that both the parents of the petitioner are no more and he has filed an affidavit in support of his plea.

4. Accepting his submission, the condition imposed in the order dated 24.08.2017 is modified to the effect that

" the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, out of which, one shall be his wife".

5. Rest of the conditions imposed in the order dated 24.08.2017 shall remain the same. Two weeks time is extended for furnishing sureties from the date of receipt of the amended copy of the order. Registry is directed to issue the amended copy of the order in Crl.O.P.No.15918 of 2017 dated 24.08.2017.
