C.M.P.No.8311 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.7101 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 06.09.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.515 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court, Perambalur.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent, none appears before this Court.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 5 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
