O R D E R

This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 28.06.2017 made in C.R.P(PD).No.2094 of 2017 in respect of the cost portion alone.

2.The petitioner has raised many grounds on merits, but only ground which is relevant to consider in this Review Petition is whether award of cost of Rs.25,00,000/- as cost is to be reviewed or not. The petitioner is seeking to reconsider the said portion of the order stating that it will affect his proceedings to be taken in the matter. Considering the claim of the petitioner that awarding cost will be put against him in further proceedings, this Court is inclined to review the earlier order dated 28.06.2017 made in C.R.P(PD).No.2094 of 2017 and modify the same as dismissing the Civil Revision Petition without costs. 3.In the result, this Review Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
