ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in I.A. No. 45 of 2025 in O.A No. 4 of 2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to implead the petitioner as a party in O.A No. 4 of 2025.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition and further seeks liberty to file an application under Section 63(e) of HR & CE Act before the Joint Commissioner and made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a separate application under Section 63(e) of HR & CE Act, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible.
