O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 11.06.2014.
2. May be on account of boycott of Courts, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders, on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 11.06.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.326 of 2014 and the same was closed in the year 2014 itself.
Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
