This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.5.2015 (CSR No.124/2015) and conduct investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 26.5.2015, the respondent police conducted enquiry in CSR No.124/2015 and the same was closed on 20.6.2015. On an earlier complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.121/2015 was conducted and the same was also closed on 25.5.2015 itself. learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4.

Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
