(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions No.2 in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2020 dated 07.05.2020 which has been confirmed in Crl.M.P.No.961 of 2020 dated 19.05.2020 dated 19.05.2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate without taking into consideration the offences under Sections 454, 457 and 380 of IPC, has granted statutory bail after 60 days and he would further submit that the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate is illegal and that the respondent is taking steps to challenge the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

4.
