The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6 (b) of the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3275 of 2023 while granting anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner is that " the petitioner should report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks" . He would further submit that the petitioner is having difficulty to appear before the respondent police on Sunday, instead of that, he is ready to appear before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., Hence, he would seek to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition to the effect that " the petitioner shall report 1/3

before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks". All other conditions remain intact.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
