Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the 1 to 5 respondents and of petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- [Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] When the matter is taken up for hearing on 06.09.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and, hence the matter was adjourned to 09.09.2019. On 09.09.2019 when the matter is called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 12.09.2019 and posted under the caption' for dismissal'.

2. Even today, i.e 12.09.2019 when the matter was called, even though the petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the above Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

3.Post A.S.No.432 of 2019 on 18.09.2019 under the caption for "final disposal".
