O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one Chinnadurai, petitioner was called for enquiry by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, ALGSC, Coimbatore.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
