ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC r/w 21(1) of MM Act in Crime No.71 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in which he has transported 2 1⁄2 unit of lake soil illegally without valid license. Earlier, anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 29.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the quantum of sand and the vehicle involved in this offence, this Court finds that there is change in circumstance of this case.
