This civil revision petition has been filed to strike off the suit in OS.No.159 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the interim prayer sought for in the above suit i.e. interim injunction has become infructuous. However, the main suit is pending.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the trial court is directed to dispose of the above suit within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
