ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The petitioner in person appearing before this Court would submit that the Provisional Attachment Order-06/2016 is under challenge in the present Criminal Original Petition. However, the Provisional Attachment Order Passed under Section 5(1) of the PMLA has been confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority under Section 8 of PMLA. Thus, the petitioner preferred an appeal under Section 26 of the PMLA before the Appellate Tribunal.

2. That being so, the cause for institution of the present Criminal Original

Petition do not exist. Consequently, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
