Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the child named Jenisa (aged 9) D/o. Shalini, who is illegally detained by respondent No.5 before the Hon'ble Court and handing over to her grandparents viz. Nagaraj and Nirmala, a resident of 15/C, Ammanguttai Street, Selavanpettai, Vellore, Vellore District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter is heard through "Video-Conferencing". 2.

The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the child named Jenisa (aged 9) D/o. Shalini, who is illegally detained by respondent No.5 before the Hon'ble Court and handing over to her grandparents viz. Nagaraj and Nirmala, a resident of 15/C, Ammanguttai Street, Selavanpettai, Vellore, Vellore District. 3.

When the matter is called today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the paternal grandmother of the child had contacted him and told that she wants to see the child at Children Home, Vellore.
