2. As per the order of this Court dated 09.06.2023, the petitioner has deposited the amount and filed cost memo to that effect. The memo is recorded, the delay is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsels at the time of admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
