This petition is filed to condone the delay of 513 days in representation of W.A.SR.No.108509 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.
