(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) In both the Appeals, the sole respondent/plaintiff died. The present Applications have been filed to bring on record his legal representatives.

2. Learned counsel, who appears for the first respondent/plaintiff submitted that the legal representatives have approached him giving instructions and that he would enter appearance on their behalf.
