COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to register a case on the complaints dated 27.11.2014 & 19.10.2014 respectively lodged by the petitioners before the 1st and 2nd respondents.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11237 of 2015 & intervenor in Crl.OP.32975 of 2014 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. No representation for the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32975 of 2014.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the complaint dated 19.10.2014 given by G.Devaki (petitioner in Crl.OP.11237/2015) and the complaint dated 27.11.2014 given by Habib Abdul Latif (petitioner in Crl.OP.32975/2014) are under investigation by the Anti Land Grabbing Cell, (ALGC), Thiruvallur and he further submitted that G.Devaki is co-operating with the investigation and the above said Habib Abdul Latif is not co-operating with the investigation. Hence, these criminal original petitions are closed with a direction to the Anti Land Grabbing Cell (ALGC), Thiruvallur, to expeditiously conduct enquiry and Habib Abdul Latif (petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32975 of 2014) is also directed to co-operate with the investigation.
