ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 05.03.2015 in CSR No.178 of 2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.178 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 3rd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
