COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are laid by the petitioner seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2021 in O.S. No.118 of 2020 and I.A. No.2 of 2020 in O.S. No.118 of 2020, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the revisions.

3. The learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, is now required to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2021 in O.S. No.118 of 2020 and I.A. No.2 of 2020 in O.S. No.118 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, not later than July, 2022.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
