ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 16.06.2007 passed by this Court in W.M.P.Nos.3793 and 28449 of 2016 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.1011 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present

contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor would submit that a sum of Rs.1,40,460.65 will be paid on 28.08.2018. The said submission stands recorded.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed. It is made clear that the aforesaid amount will have to be paid within a period of one week from today. If the amount is not paid within the aforesaid period, the contempt petition shall get restored.
