ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register his complaint dated 20.06.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.522 of 2015 and the same was closed.

4. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner herein, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such copy being served, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
