A.No.158 of 2023 A.No.158 of 2023 in C.S.No.438 of 2000 N.SESHASAYEE.J., This application is filed seeking a direction for transfer of shares, which the first defendant holds in M/s.ACC Limited, the name of the Managing Trustee of the Trust.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant herein is the Managing Trustee of the Trust, but the company refused to transfer its shares in his name since he seeks a direction from the Court for that purpose. Since the Trust has its own separate independent bank accounts, it is to avoid future complication in change of Managing Trustee, this Court directs that the shares be transferred by M/s.ACC Limited in the name of the first defendant / Trust. The dividend, if any to be declared in future are also directed to be credited to the account of the Trust. 3.This application is ordered, accordingly.
