(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. He has also circulated a letter dated 15.04.2019 to the Registry to that effect.
