This petition has been filed to direct the the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.7.2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 13.7.2015 has been sent by post and the petitioner may be directed to submit a copy of the complaint before the respondent Police in person.

In view of the said submission, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 13.7.2015 to the respondent police and on such submission of the compliant, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
