The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7496 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.10852 of 2019 order dated 17.06.2019, that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is completed and the case has been committed to the Sessions Court and taken on file in S.C.No.21/2020. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking relaxation of the above condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation with regard to the petitioner is almost over and he is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above condition imposed by this Court is relaxed. 2/4
