This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on a complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.269 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 506 (ii) has been registered.
