ORDER

Though this revision has been filed to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2021, a perusal of the e-court records shows that the issues have been framed and the matter is posted for enquiry. Instead of disposing of I.A.No.3 of 2021, I am inclined to grant a direction to dispose of the suit itself. Learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu shall endeavour to dispose of O.S.No.499 of 2021 on or before 31.12.2024.

2. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
