This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.5.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner's sister's son died due to accidental injury on 18.4.2015 and after the body was cremated, complaint has been given on 29.5.2015 as if there is suspicion in the death. In the complaint also the complainant has not stated any circumstances warranting investigation. Hence no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register FIR. 4.

Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
