This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 11.07.2015 and proceed according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no action has been taken on the complaint given by this petitioner.

4. The petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 11.07.2015 in person to the first respondent, the Inspector of Police, B-6, Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses commission of cognizable offence.
